What we need:

We are currently seeking a Production Artist to join our collaborative Creative team. In this role, you’ll assist in the execution of client marketing materials in a precise, efficient and economical manner. You’ll also assist in all technical aspects as they relate to the design and layout of creative products.

What you’ll do:

  • Offer insight on production schedules 
  • Work with Account Executives, Designers and/or Art Directors to obtain project specifics 
  • Work alongside the creative teams to ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met 
  • Help maintain and oversee creative standards and guidelines 
  • Maintain awareness of current design programs 
  • Maintain the organization of the creative server and all resources (i.e., typefaces, logos, images) 
  • Prioritize workload and manage time effectively

What you’ll bring:

  • Associate or higher degree in related field, such as Advertising, Graphic Design, Commercial Design or Interactive Media Design, or equivalent experience 
  • 1-2+ years of digital production experience, diversified industries preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to contribute within a team-oriented environment 
  • Thorough knowledge of electronic and print production techniques and the ability to make sound recommendations regarding their use 
  • Possess a knowledge of and eye for color and photography 
  • Agility in an ever-changing environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently and be self-motivated 
  • Proficiency in Macintosh applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPoint and Word
