Wanted: Production Ninja

We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Designer to support our account management and creative teams by designing impactful creative solutions, and executing across multiple pieces in traditional and digital marketing channels.

As a production designer, you know how to produce effective marketing communications that engage customers and generate results. You live to make sense of chaos while being meticulous with the details. A keen sense of composition, typography and communication hierarchy drive every decision you make when solving complex design and layout challenges. From initial project kickoff to final review, you’ll be part of a team that ensures the correct creative solution is executed accurately within budget and on deadline. Balancing solid design solutions with project revisions, priorities and deadlines, proofing, and effective communication all come second nature to you. Approachable and accessible, you set high standards and stop bad things from happening to great ideas. You keep the big picture in mind every day, while keeping multiple projects headed in the right direction.

• Minimum 2-3 years of applicable experience

• Instinctive talent in understanding and producing great design solutions: composition, typography, photography and communication hierarchy

• Strong communication, writing, critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Expert knowledge and skill working in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and project tracking tools within Mac OS

• Accurate, organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and daily changes

  • Competitive salary and compensation
  • Extensive insurance includes health, long-term disability, life, dental and vision coverage
  • Flexible working and vacation policy
