Heinzeroth is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Designer to join our creative team. You bring creative concepts to life across traditional and digital marketing channels. You have a proven track record of working collaboratively, following instruction and taking direction from written and spoken ideas. Balancing solid design solutions with project revisions, proofing, and effective communication are second nature to you. You efficiently manage your time to prioritize tasks and hit deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 3+ years professional experience. Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in print and digital design implementation
  • A strong sense of composition, typography and communication hierarchy
  • Accurate, organized and detail oriented
  • Understanding of production process for both print and digital projects
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS
  • Versed in digital marketing and designing online experiences including websites, digital ads and social media
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking and time management skills

Extra points for:

  • Experience with video production
  • Experience with website development languages including HTML, CSS, WordPress and HubSpot
