Production Designer

About the Role:

As a contract production at Revel, you’ll be an integral part of the content team with the goal of delivering exceptional member experiences that change the behavior of our client’s consumers. This role requires someone who is able to turn messaging themes and client branding into compelling visuals that motivate people to take action.

You Will:

• Work with a copywriter to understand and create program content 
• Search for and edit program appropriate stock photos 
• Create program email and website mockups 
• Create and manage asset libraries 
• Create production-ready images and icons 
• Collaborate across the content, design, analytics, and implementation teams to deliver content that speaks to the member and drives a change in behavior 
• Ensure content meets regulatory requirements 
• Manage multiple projects at once

You Are;

• An expert in multi-channel communication strategies and tactics, especially: Email and Web 
• An expert in consumer-facing writing 
• A consumer experience thinker/problem solver 
• Always looking for ways to improve/iterate on member experiences 
• Proactively looking at future programs 
• Helping build the future of how Revel runs its business

You Have:

• Working knowledge of Sketch and Adobe XD. Experience with Abstract is a bonus. 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Project management skills 
• Ability to manage stakeholders 
• Experience working collaborating across teams and, more specifically, with copywriters 
• Experience following and creating style guides and best practices
