The Program Manager, Member Loyalty is responsible for planning and executing initiatives designed to inspire member referrals and transform members into advocates for the USCCA. Develop and lead the overall strategy to boost membership growth through referrals and improve brand committment. Utilize market research and audience segmentation, and measure the results of ongoing programs. Draw actionable insights from data analytics, and implement best practices in future programs, promotions, and campaigns to drive growth.


  • Plan, design, and execute a referral membership growth strategy to maximize membership sales.
  • Passionately work to create greater awareness, increase traffic to offers, test new offers, optimize sales pages and increase conversion rates.
  • Brainstorm and test effective engagement programs, promotional initiatives, and gamification.
  • Perform target audience research and execute data-driven audience segmentation to ensure our programs are effective across a broad range of members.
  • Uncover key insights about our biggest advocates to create experiences that truly reward and recognize passion for the USCCA.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments including Marketing, Sales, Training, Content, Business Development, Fulfillment, and Customer Engagement to identify and implement referral promotion opportunities through a wide variety of channels.
  • Partner with IT and Analytics to ensure our referral and campaign tracking and measurement enables data-driven decision-making.
  • Create effective communication plans designed to increase awareness across the USCCA community.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Skills/Abilities, Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in a marketing role. History of driving customer engagement with experience across a variety of marketing channels including email, SMS, web, print, and events.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology associated with demographics and behavioral variables that correlate to member engagement, commitment, and brand advocacy.
  • Deep understanding of how to maximize consumer engagement with effective membership offerings.
  • Experience with and desire to dive into data and analytics to deepen knowledge of member needs, wants, and expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Business to consumer copywriting experience preferred.
  • Able to develop and maintain effective relationships and influence stakeholders across departments.
