We are looking to add an experienced Account Coordinator and/or Account Executive to the team! This position will be responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing client projects through internal resource management, appropriate scheduling, and setting/enforcing all deadlines according to client expectations and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, resulting in profitable projects for the company. Monitor task/project progress on a day-to-day using a project management software, while keeping leadership and management informed as projects progress. You will have the opportunity to refine current processes to improve efficiency; at Margle we greatly encourage feedback and ideas from everyone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop Project Briefs to be used internally when kicking off new projects
  • Determine and schedule the necessary tasks required to complete projects
  • Assign available resources to tasks/projects; manage & optimize resources capacity and utilization
  • Coordinate with both internal and external (freelance/outsource) resources and adjust assignments accordingly as additional projects come in
  • Set and manage task/project deadlines
  • Day-to-day monitoring of tasks/projects 
  • Coordinate with necessary team members on project details, progress, client expectations, etc. and report that back to the rest of the organization, including the Account Supervisor and COO
  • Manage projects within budget, focusing on project profitability and expected margins, while fulfilling client objectives
  • Generate monthly project reports to analyze profitability, utilization, etc. and communicate those to Account Supervisor and/or other leadership – use reports as management tools to adjust projects accordingly and maximize resource utilization
  • Manage Margle’s project management tools and software
  • Support Account Supervisor and other account members in client communication when necessary and assist in scheduling both internal and external meetings as needed
  • Bring process ideas and improvements to the table when identified

Experience and Education

  • Previous project management experience
  • Previous digital/marketing/advertising agency experience
  • Proven experience organizing and maintaining complex systems

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of the digital and social marketing landscape
  • Proficiency in various communication and management software (i.e. Slack, G Suite, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Advanced communication skills
  • The ability to direct workflow
  • High attention to detail 

Salary is negotable in the $50,000 to $70,000 range.
