Position Details

Project and Sales Administrator
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Margle is growing again and looking for an experienced Project and Sales Administrator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an organized and agile self-starter who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and who comes to the table with the knowledge, ideas and energy necessary to help our client services, operations and sales team find, secure and service our growing list of world-class clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing complex timelines and projects with lots of moving parts as well as assisting sales teams to outperform expectations by researching and organizing opportunities, managing opportunities in sales-oriented CRM systems, and assisting the sales team in their efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Input project briefings from Account Lead / Creative Director into project management software
  • Determine and schedule the necessary tasks required to complete projects
  • Assign available resources to tasks/projects, with direction from Account Lead / Creative Director when given
  • Coordinate both internal and external (freelance/outsource) resources and adjust assignments accordingly as additional projects are assigned
  • Set and manage task/project deadlines
  • Day-to-day monitoring of tasks/projects
  • Coordinate with necessary team members on project details, progress, client expectations, etc.
  • Coordinate directly with Account Lead / Creative Director as projects progress on additional client/creative items requested or required
  • Manage projects within budget, focusing on project profitability and expected margins, while fulfilling client objectives
  • Generate monthly project reports to analyze profitability, utilization, etc. and communicate those to Account Lead and Leadership
  • Use data and reports as management tools to adjust projects accordingly and maximize resource utilization
  • Research and qualify sales leads using multiple tools including: Zoominfo, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop lead lists for our Sales Team to approach
  • Track all Sales activity in Zoho CRM and generate reports as needed
  • Maintain the calendar of activity for the Sales Team
  • Organize and maintaining the database of sales-related materials
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure the Sales Team has the resources needed to approach each lead effectively
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

  • Previous experience in project management and sales administration
  • Previous Advertising or Marketing Agency experience is ideal
  • College degree preferred, commensurate experience considered 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understand the digital and social marketing landscape
  • Proficiency in communication, time management and project management software suites (Slack, Zoom, G-Suite, and others)
  • Proficiency in basic CRM systems and reporting (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar)
  • Proficiency in conducting research online (LinkedIn, Zoominfo, or similar)
  • Analyze potential leads and business according to a set of predetermined parameters
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Manage upwards as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary is negotable in the $45,000 to $55,000 range
