The Project Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to high-profile projects that span a wide range of disciplines within the experiential space including promotional tours, activations, pop-ups and events. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years hands-on activation experience.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Partner outreach, event research and outreach, vendor management, permitting, venue negotiation, budgeting, etc. 
  • Occasional client-facing materials including run of show documents, vendor contracts, insurance documents, etc. 
  • Communication with field managers and partners on a regular basis 
  • Coordinate production and printing of event signage, collateral, etc.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experiential marketing experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Team oriented 
  • Ability to identify client and project needs and take action with limited supervision 
  • Comfortable taking a “hands-on” approach to event management 
  • Ability to travel regularly for projects and client meetings (10%-20%)
