We are currently seeking a Full-time Project Coordinator to assist with all aspects of client projects.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • processing client POs, 
  • creating vendor/supplier POs, 
  • delivering projects to clients, 
  • maintaining and updating company project tracker, 
  • assist with pricing and client quotes, 
  • client communication as directed, 
  • vendor relations and visits as directed, 
  • coordinating shipping and receiving as necessary,
  • some administrative duties will be required as well.

Candidate should have:

  • excellent communication skills, 
  • be organized and detailed oriented, 
  • be computer proficient, 
  • have reliable personal transportation and proof of insurance,
  • be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, 
  • willingness to work hard, 
  • be a self starter and an understanding that this is an entry level opportunity in a growing small business. 
  • Light lifting of material is required for this position (typically under 50 lbs.).
