POSITION: PROJECT LEAD

A Project Lead is a core member of the client team and is responsible for delegating and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring the team is delivering everything on time, on budget, on brand and in line with strategy. A Project Lead will also work hand in hand with the Client Lead to help develop strategic marketing plans.

  • Ability to remove barriers for internal team and client by proactively scanning and addressing potential issues 
  • Meet deadlines and prioritizes based on multiple considerations (e.g., time, level of lift needed, experts to bring in, client schedules, budget, etc.) 
  • Excellent listening skills Ask investigative questions to clarify project scope and parameters 
  • Manage multiple priorities at once; can proactively communicate, delegate, or identify support 
  • Ability to think ahead and manage client needs proactively 
  • Organization and time management skills 
  • Proactively manage short-term and long-term priorities with budget, deliverables, and resources in mind 
  • Seeking solutions in every situation 
  • Quality control – checks all the details (proofing, copyright, links, logos) and ensure output accomplishes the strategy

  • Oversee and manage project budgets, proactively address scope creep, and flag budgets 
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills 
  • Demonstrates marketing acumen 
  • Basic understanding of data analysis
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline 
  • 1-3 years project management and facilitation experience. Prior agency experience a plus. 
  • Experienced with project management tools (Gantt charts, timeline plug-in, etc.) 
  • Organized and task-focused
