Collective Measures is currently seeking a full-time Project Management Supervisor to lead and support the project management department / team strategies and client relationships.

_JOB DUTIES:

  • Ability to lead project management meetings and process discussions with senior agency leadership and / or in client meetings 
  • Ability to own and manage multiple enterprise client relationships 
  • Ability to scope and manage to multiple budgets 
  • Oversee and approve project estimates 
  • Own/oversee team projects and / or process improvement initiatives 
  • Lead and stand up new business projects by setting up process documentation and assist the team with set up by facilitating with existing processes and documentation 
  • Meet and communicate frequently with account and executional teams to manage project health and manage projects to timely completion 
  • Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of projects in order to prioritize tasks for team members 
  • Anticipate and resolve project needs and potential risks and solutions throughout the timeline (resources, information, communication touch-points, etc.), with little day to day oversight 
  • Experience and ability to independently scope and estimate projects accurately to inform pricing 
  • Assist in maintaining all projects and employees within the agency time-tracking system 
  • Maintaining staff resource allocation system and ensure numbers are accurate and regularly updated 
  • Maintain profitability of projects based on timelines and budgeted hours 
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of client contracts with the ability to call scope creep where appropriate QA and approve invoices of clients against the contract media and management dollars 
  • Assist employees in time management and prioritization on individual client teams and cross-client by regularly participating in PM Office Hours 
  • Communicate with senior team leaders and Account Managers on staff utilization and account assignments, escalating utilization and delivery issues as required 
  • Manage relationships and contracts with third party vendors 
  • Oversee a business portfolio of clients and the Project Managers within the portfolio; 
  • Ability to effectively give and receive feedback from senior management, peers, and team members 
  • Supervise multiple team members 
  • Serve as a resource for new business projects, as needed and appropriate 
  • Serve as key stakeholder in hiring decisions of junior team members 
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert and resource across teams and channels 
  • Serve as a resource for problem solving and work prioritization for team members

_EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Six or more years of project management experience 
  • In depth knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, analytics, and measurement tactics so as to effectively communicate with colleagues, assign, and evaluate client tasks for time and efficiency requirements 
  • Ability and judgment to communicate effectively, both in written and oral formats to multiple constituencies (internal and external) 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Agency experience preferred 
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & G Suite
