Promotions Assistant - Marketing

Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Marketing Department has an opening for a Marketing Promotions Assistant. This person will be responsible for assisting the marketing department with the company’s marketing strategy as it is related to promoting the Kwik Rewards Loyalty program, Kwik Rewards Credit and Debit cards, Kwik Rewards Mobile App, and Scrip fundraising program at store grand openings, community events and other forms of promotions/marketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with marketing events throughout Kwik Trip Inc. communities 
  • Promote Kwik Trip’s culture and core values through interactions with guests at promotional events 
  • Assist with marketing projects related to the promotion of the Kwik Trip Inc. brand 
  • Organize and distribute marketing material in a timely manner by planning ahead and being aware of deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, with a minimum of one year related experience 
  • Knowledge of personal computers and related software 
  • Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and terminology 
  • Knowledge of internal structure, systems, services and products of the company 
  • Ability to process, interpret and communicate (verbal and written ) information to customers in a professional manner 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently or on a team 
  • Ability to maintain confidential information 
  • Excellent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and a problem solver

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekends and overnights will be required.
