International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

The 140 employees of the nonprofit International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans know a great place to work when they see it. Among the reasons hardly anyone leaves before retirement are outstanding benefits, creative and caring co-workers and an unwavering commitment to provide the best employee benefits education. The organization has been respected throughout the United States and Canada since it was founded in 1954. But the family-friendly workplace, tucked into a heavily wooded 15-acre campus in the Milwaukee suburb of Brookfield, is one of the Midwest’s best-kept secrets. We’re small enough for you to have ongoing, meaningful impact on the organization, but big enough to make international news.
