The Proposal and Communications Coordinator is part of a dynamic team working in a deadline-oriented environment. Responsibilities include production of proposal documents, coordination with clients and team members to design and produce collateral materials, and coordination and production of graphics and presentations. The Proposal and Communication Coordinator must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong writing and design capabilities, strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position involves daily interaction with the Marketing Manager and other marketing department members to support business development and marketing activities. This position requires travel to various jobsites, client events, groundbreakings, grand openings and other activities before, during and after normal business hours, as requested, and works will all levels of management and clients.
