The Proposal and Communications Coordinator is part of a dynamic team working in a deadline-oriented environment. Responsibilities include coordination of the proposal development process, defining key messages and firm differentiators, and ensuring quality and accuracy of all deliverables. The Proposal and Communication Coordinator must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong writing and some design capabilities, strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position involves daily interaction with the Marketing Director and key leaders to support business development and marketing activities.
