THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL MARKETING/BRAND MANAGER POSITION, but you will be integral in presenting the MG Brand through presentations and proposals.
Business development leardership/support - RFP Proposal Writer
- Manage RFP/RFI process in conjunction with VP Marketing, VP Sales, AE, NBD, VP Creative, MG Management.
- Develop Executive Summary for each opportunity and recommend process/team
- Develop working plan for incoming RFP's
- Manage timelines
- Source and write strategic responses for questions
- Direct or assist with research and development of speciality content
- Manage proofing process
- Maintain database of wins/losses
- Maintain and expand RFP library on a ongoing basis
Business development leadership/support - Presentation Development
- Manage development of pitch-related presentations
- Work with AE/NBD to develop executive summary and ptich strategy for each presentation
- Participate with designated pitch teams and assist in assignment of deliverables and determination of appropriate presentation-related deliverables
- Develop and manage timelines
- Coordinate receipt of presentation assets from pitch team
Engagement Marketing Strategy
- Assist with and/or lead opportunities with current clients or prospects to develop experiential plans featuring MG/magnify's "Beyond the Booth" services.
- Perform tasks as available and as assigned; research, ideation, client deep dives, strategy formulation, pricing/posposal writing, collaboration with internal and external teams, presentation development, pitch process.
Misc. Marketing and Sales Support
- Assist in the compilation of research, data and deliverables for projects
- Assist VP Marketing in the development of non-pitch presentations
- Attend appropriate meetings
- Provide periodic progress reports to marketing and sales
- Misc. projects/initiatives as assigned
