The Account Supervisor is responsible for nurturing the relationship between the agency and our clients. Reporting to a Senior Account Supervisor, Director or VP, the Account Supervisor will provide ongoing support and leadership for client accounts and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all interactions. They must be knowledgeable in both the clients' and the agency’s business. This individual is a team player who communicates clearly with internal teams and is well-versed in a broad range of communications tactics including, video, PR, crisis communications, internal communications, advertising, digital media and more. The Account Supervisor will also be responsible for overall budget and project management for their accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and ROI.

As an Account Supervisor at Kane you'll:

  • Lead integrated communications, PR, and marketing strategies.
  • Advise clients and connect messaging to measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee multi-channel scopes of work and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Support brand, crisis, digital, and internal comms with clarity and precision.
  • Drive account growth, retention, and team performance.
  • Develop and mentor junior talent helping them grow within Kane.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and brings: 

  • 7+ years in PR, marketing, or communications
  • 3+ years of agency experience managing client accounts at a senior level
  • Proven leadership, media strategy, and C-suite advisory skills
  • A proactive mindset and passion for meaningful, mission-aligned work
  • A knack for connecting insight, strategy, and story.
