Essential Functions:
Deploy consistent, innovative communication and content strategies to drive awareness, preference, and retention with a focus on conversion to purchase from new and existing consumers.
Plans, coordinates, and executes PR plans across B2C and B2B channels.
Responsible for developing and maintaining the brand voice of the US distribution unit.
Leads a cohesive social strategy for total marketing team, primarily focused on Linkedin and Instagram.
- Assist in social post ideation/creation for other marketing channels, our Hobby and Toy & Gift channels.
Build out executional plans, (inclusive of KPI’s for business centric promotion/awareness) to acquire new player acquisition across all social media platforms.
Work with the marketing team to maintain the Marketing editorial calendar.
Manage agency partners.
Adapt PR timeline in conjunction with studio and AUSA leadership directive to best capture high-value coverage wins including exclusive interviews, influencer sponsorships, etc.
- Oversee the distribution of review copies to influencers and press outlets on a per-title basis.
- Monitor and add new influencers to Media Database on a quarterly basis.
Write or assist with writing press releases (in conjunction with Central Marketing)
Represent Asmodee USA as spokesperson at industry events:
- Present titles to media on and off camera.
- Participate in livestreams and filmed playthroughs as needed.
- Establish a PR Playbook in conjunction with Asmodee Central outlining best practices for studios and agencies.
- Acts as primary contact responsible for AUSA’s PR Agency, content creators, and traditional press contacts.
