You’re a strategic communicator with a talent for crafting compelling stories and building relationships that last. As a PR Content Specialist, you’ll take ownership of exciting projects, drive client success, and help elevate brands through the power of PR and content. You’ll lead the charge in executing PR strategies that amplify client voices across both B2B and B2C markets. Whether it's writing press releases, contributed articles, or pitching media, you’ll help clients navigate the ever-evolving media landscape. Your ability to balance media relations, content creation, and relationship-building will make you an invaluable partner to our clients, while your strategic mindset ensures that every message aligns with their goals.

Execute with Purpose. You’ll work closely with clients to implement PR strategies that align with their goals and brand voice. While you won’t be responsible for creating the strategies, you’ll use your strategic thinking to execute with precision, keeping clients informed with timely updates, new opportunities, and measurable results.

Create Compelling Content. From press releases and media pitches to blogs and social posts, you’ll craft engaging content that tells your clients' stories in a way that resonates with audiences and media outlets alike. SEO best practices and strategic messaging are always top of mind. 

Build Media Relationships. You’ll engage with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure earned media coverage and manage ongoing relationships. Your proactive outreach and story pitching will generate coverage that benefits both B2B and B2C clients. 

Monitor Trends and Opportunities. You’ll keep an eye on the media landscape and client industries, identifying trends and spotting opportunities to elevate client brands. You’ll share insights and success stories with the agency to keep everyone in the loop. 

Amplify Content Across ChannelsYou’ll work closely with our digital marketing team to integrate PR placements with social media and other digital efforts, ensuring a cohesive and effective cross-channel approach.

Drive Results. You’ll plan and execute PR campaigns, track performance, and share key updates with clients to demonstrate the impact of your work. You’re focused on delivering measurable results, whether it’s securing earned media coverage, increasing social engagement, or boosting brand recognition.

Strong Writing Skills. Your writing is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand goals. You can create everything from press releases to contributed articles and pitch materials with ease.

Strategic Thinking. You think strategically, always aligning your efforts with the bigger picture and client objectives. You balance short-term tactical needs with long-term brand growth.

Media Relations Expertise. You’re skilled at building relationships with media professionals and securing earned media coverage. You understand how to navigate the media landscape to amplify client stories.

Collaboration. You’re a team player who can collaborate seamlessly with account executives, content creators, and digital strategists to create integrated PR campaigns.

Adaptability. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes, and managing multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Office Collaboration. You’re ready to work onsite at our De Pere, Wisconsin office at least three days a week, so you can collaborate with the team and build strong client relationships.

Salary will be tailored to the candidate based upon their experience and capabilities. Candidate must be able to work from our De Pere office location a minimum of 3 days/week.
