  • Sharing the value of the Beltone business opportunity within the industry to grow our points of sale

The Beltone Public Relations Specialist will support the Brand team in planning, scheduling, and executing external communications and press strategies, placements, editorial coverage including product coordination, collaborations/influencers, and events for the US Beltone business.

This role reports into the Director, Brand & Advertising.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the earned media strategy and its execution. 
  • Build, foster and maintain relationships with media contacts at major publications and media outlets. 
  • Work with marketing & commercial functions to gather necessary insights, knowledge, and assets for various public relations initiatives. 
  • Write and/or review copy for a variety of mediums such as media pitches, press releases, LinkedIn posts, advertorials, FAQs, influencer content, and spokesperson notes. 
  • Identify social media influencers to create content in order to support brand initiatives and key launches. 
  • Create and execute innovative publicity programs that increase awareness and positive perception of the brand and leadership. 
  • Generate local awareness in key markets through implementation of local public relations tactics as well as other community and social events. 
  • Oversee maintenance of all business messaging, company fact sheets, bios, press room, and other corporate materials. 
  • Report PR results and applicable learnings to internal stakeholders. 
  • Liaise with global PR team in Denmark to coordinate material development, outreach plans, and other PR support around product launches as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of three years in a public relations capacity 
  • Strong written, spoken, and interpersonal communications skills
