Responsibilities:

  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills
  • Responsible for recruiting employees below Director level and non-sales positions
  • Develop, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition & Development Director, recruitment plans, budgets and collateral to attract applicants and fill specific job openings
  • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System fully for job openings and tracking
  • Writes and places job advertising in various media and develops and coordinates internal job postings
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Coordinates and participates in job fairs Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants, including screenings
  • Performs reference and background checks on applicants Coordinates communications with applicants, such as arranging travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants
  • Ensures all recruitment and hiring practices are in accordance with Federal and State employment laws and complies with ADA requirements for reasonable accommodations
  • Work with HR Coordinator for onboarding all new employees
  • Prepare & communicate Letters of Offer’s, applicable employment agreements & letter of promotions/transfers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent in related field and / or (4+) years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills including exceptional listening and presentation skills
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Applicant Tracking Systems, and online recruitment with preferred experience on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Position must reside in Milwaukee, Corporate office
  • Ability to work with confidential information
