As the regional marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for successfully launching and maintaining a market presence in our EatStreet delivery markets. You will work alongside our existing regional marketing coordinators to lead EatStreet’s guerilla marketing and on-the-ground efforts to help us gain high brand awareness and acquire new diners in our delivery markets. This position will report into the campaign manager and will manage local marketing interns as part of the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the in-market strategy for all diner activation & brand awareness initiatives including distribution of promotional fliers, coupons and swag 
  • Identify organizations, partnerships, events and affiliations in each of your regional markets that are prime prospecting opportunities to activate new and existing diners 
  • Partner with the Campaign Manager on the execution of local events, campaigns and sponsorships 
  • Coordinate, staff, train and manage the marketing interns in your regional markets 
  • Event strategy, leadership, planning, coordination and attendance of all marketing launch events and launch weeks.* 
  • Attend events representing EatStreet as a primary brand ambassador, embodying the midwestern work ethic, upbeat personality, entrepreneurial spirit and smarts of the EatStreet brand* 
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners in your regional markets, including print/local media outlets, restaurant partners, and social media influencers 
  • Work closely with our in-house creative team and sales representatives 
  • Complete event summaries following each trip, including market observations and recommendations for future events and event planning

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business related field is preferred 
  • Event planning experience preferred 
  • Ideally based in Madison, WI. Travel is required and estimated at 25-50% of the time** 
  • Outgoing, positive, buoyant team leader who embodies the EatStreet brand 
  • Project management and time management skills 
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser like focus on details 
  • Comfortable with a fast paced dynamic and are invigorated with new opportunities & finding new ways to promote EatStreet 
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills

*Travel and events are TBD based on current COVID-19 restrictions. No EatStreet employee will be asked to travel and/or work any events if they do not feel comfortable.

**The role will be based out of Madison, WI; however, EatStreet’s offices are closed through 2020, so the employee will be working remotely through the end of this year.
