Position Details

Response Marketing Manager
Chicago Illinois
Chicago or Lake Forest, IL

You Will:

The Response Marketing Manager is responsible for strategy, execution and analysis of the Direct Mail and Collateral channels. This role is responsible for driving effective and efficient results across the channels. They must deliver on revenue and volume in the marketing funnel as well as key life cycle metrics. The Response Marketing Manager will be the channel expert working across the organization to develop and implement integrated channel plans to support key marketing objectives for both large and medium customers. This person must also improve seller effectiveness by managing an automated system to provide seller tools at the moment of need. The Response Marketing Manager is responsible for developing circulation strategies to drive $500 - $600 Million in revenue annually.

You Have:

  • 10+ years Integrated Marketing experience in large multi-channel organization 
  • 10+ years managing channels including digital and offline channels like direct mail, collateral, email, etc. 
  • 10+ years managing direct marketing targeting and analytics. 
  • Experience with modeling, statistical analysis and measurement. 
  • Experience managing online and automated sales enablement process across tools like, Adobe AEM and SAP. 
  • Technical expert in regards to databases and direct marketing testing tools and processes.
  • Prior experience creating direct mail and collateral strategies within a large corporate structure. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing, executing and analyzing integrated marketing programs across channels (email, social, search, display and offline) 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems architecture, interfaces, and reporting structures. 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills required (SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Adobe Workbench, Microsoft Access and Excel). 
  • Prior experience managing inventory, which demonstrates knowledge of inventory principles and distribution/fulfillment practices with emphasis in web to print.
