If you’re a B2B software marketing professional with big career ambition and a strong desire to work for a rapidly growing, dynamic software firm, we’d like to hear from you.  You’ll lead execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums designed to pique prospect, customer, and partner interest, helping us achieve our ambitious goals for lead generation, website traffic and conversions, campaigns, events, and industry recognition.

  • Knows how to connect with buyers: Anyone can write drab marketing content pieces which don’t spur action. You know what it takes to connect with the market through moving content.

  • Is a marketer at heart, with an analyst mindset: Analyzing campaign data to learn what resonates with the market comes naturally to you, and for that matter, so does generating those numbers in the first place.

  • Is uber-organized: Every item on your to-do list is oriented toward a big picture goal. You do have a to-do list, right?

What you’ll do at the office:

High level

  • Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns aimed at field service firms in the MSI target market
  • Create marketing content pieces for inclusion in campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to inform campaigns based on understanding key business drivers for MSI customers and prospects

Marketing Campaign Production and Tracking

  • Plan, develop, and executive integrated marketing campaigns for prospects in top, middle or bottom of funnel
  • Contribute to the research, writing, design and production of finished content marketing pieces Examples include blog posts, guides, videos and infographics
  • Lead content distribution via social, website and other channels to attract visibility to widest possible targeted audience, including prospect, customer and partner groups
  • Leverage MSI-generated marketing content to gain additional industry buyer visibility through social, campaign, PR and other content distribution activities
  • Test tactics to improve conversion of website visitors into top of funnel leads Track campaign performance against goals and metrics for measuring effectiveness
  • Drive marketing campaign execution process, from idea to creation and execution to reporting
  • Work with internal marketing, sales, product and industry specialists as needed for campaign execution support
  • Contribute to content marketing campaign and production schedule
  • Manage vendor resource relationships as needed for demand generation purposes 

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field 1-3 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with at least 1 year of digital marketing campaign experience

Required Professional Expertise:

  • Proactive self-starter with skills required to lead creation and execution of demand generation programs, and be accountable for results
  • Software marketing enthusiast with detailed knowledge of demand generation best practices in the B2B software industry
  • Proven track record of implementing campaigns, events and programs that produce marketing qualified leads
  • Confident, clear and enthusiastic presentation skills Experience with marketing automation, CRM, webinar or equivalent marketing systems
  • Statistics-driven mindset for measuring and improving campaign performance

  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Strong time-management skills and abilities to communicate deadlines and dependencies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and presentation tool skills
  • Solid understanding of ERP, CRM and Mobile systems and their application
  • Commitment to and sense of urgency for project timelines
