The Sales Analyst is responsible for assisting and supporting the sales staff with Salesforce, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, and other sales system to quote and renew business. This individual is responsible for data governance, reporting and analyzing sales data, and providing guidance on sales data collection. The Sales Analyst works closely with stakeholders and vendors to understand sales requirements and business needs. Evaluates current workflow and use cases to identify strategic solutions and continuous improvement opportunities. This individual works under the direction of leadership but ultimately has the responsibility to work independently and collaboratively to successfully complete assigned projects and data analysis in support of the department and organization.
