Role: Sensatec Sales & Brand Manager - Sr. Living Division (Must sit in our HQ in Brookfield, WI)

We are seeking an energetic business development brand manager for our Sensatec falls management vertical. In this role you will be responsible for the development and growth of the Sensatec distributor network, as well as growing private label accounts for the Sensatec family of products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen existing distributor relationships and establish new distributors to accomplish sales goals. 
  • Manage distributor networks by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. 
  • Advise distributors with sales and marketing activities, and track and record distributor progress to determine program results. 
  • Manage the development of the Sensatec Major Accounts sales segment. 
  • Manage and develop the Sensatec sales staff for optimal performance. 
  • Communicate pricing guidelines, sales promotions, and advertising programs to the distributor channel. 
  • Continually collect new insights and knowledge of the marketplace, Sensatec’s positioning in the marketplace, and a full understanding of our competition. 
  • Recommend budget, expenditures, and appropriations for distributor sales. 
  • Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. 
  • Travel to meet with distributors and end-users to promote products and to determine additional product needs; participate in seminars and trade shows. 
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and coordinate with product management and marketing personnel in the development of sales campaigns to accommodate company goals. 
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, sales funnel, and plan to achieve goals. 
  • Participate in sales meetings, training seminars, and coaching activities. 
  • Grow private label revenue. 
  • Other activities and additions as prescribed by management.

Basic Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Computer skills in a Windows environment; experience in the use of MS Office is highly preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Distribution management experience in the healthcare technology industry. 
  • Wireless solutions experience of the business. 
  • Ability to travel as required.
