Position Details

Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Southeast Wisconsin
Wauwatosa, WI

If you are an organized, customer-focused, fun-loving individual with a growth mindset you would thrive in our environment. Simply put, we are growing fast and looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support client management and marketing outreach activities. This newly created position will support our mission and nurture our Fortune 1000 client base. Every day will be different in this fast-paced role. One day you will assist with daily sales and account management tasks. Other days you will conduct market research and apply those findings to outreach programs. If you have three years of experience in B2B or B2C customer relationship roles and are looking to grow your sales and marking practice experience this role is for you.

  • Manage internal & external communications via email, websites, social media and videos 
  • Social Media – LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Google, Facebook, BombBomb Videos, etc. 
  • Attend and support Trade Conferences arrangements, lead generation & lead nurturing 
  • Create/revise presentations supported by PowerPoint or other marketing materials 
  • Track new ideas and work with Account Management teams to bring ideas to fruition 
  • Create and track candidate deployments, scheduling and documentation 
  • Communicate with direct clients to gather requirements about project delivery work 
  • Use Salesforce to maintain account intelligence, nurture leads, identify prospects and track client activity 
  • Research clients, industry trends and upcoming IT industry conferences or events
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field is strongly preferred 
  • Preference to candidates with at least 3 years of experience supporting Inside Sales and Lead nurturing programs (We are willing to train and mentor someone with an initiative to learn!) 
  • Great personality, sense of humor, excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
