Position Details

Sales & Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Germantown, WI

Gabor Design Build is a Design-Build Remodeling firm in the Greater Milwaukee Area in search of an innovative and motivated individual to become our Marketing Manager. The focus of this position is to promote our brand by developing and supporting our marketing programs. You will work closely with our Director of Finance & Administration to support sales generating activities (shows, events, campaigns, etc.) and utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, including tradeshows, open houses & showroom events
  • Support Sales Team in various aspects, including lead collection, qualification, distribution, and client information management
  • Perform potential client follow up, as needed
  • Prepare annual Marketing Strategy
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Social Media campaign management
  • Website management
  • Manage aspects of project photography, scheduling, posting, etc.
  • Order and distribute company logo apparel
  • Design and order print material; business cards, flyers, brochures, etc.
  • Manage client gifts
  • Maintain company requests for online reviews from clients and follow up with clients as needed
  • Develop company documents, policies, and training plans as needed
  • Aid in Business Development functions


  • Associate degree in Marketing, Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing preferred
  • Experience in home construction or remodeling industry preferred
  • Knowledge of and/or previous use of Weebly
  • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
  • Exceptional organizational skills Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, photoshop or other photo editing software
  • Reliable transportation required
