We are looking for a talented Real Estate Sales & Marketing Assistant in Whitefish Bay, WI to assist our Lead Partner with growing his business and provide exceptional customer service to clients in this high-volume, fast-paced real estate team. We are looking for someone who has an eye for details and takes pride in completing tasks accurately. Your responsibilities will play an important role in clearing away distractions so the partner can focus on generating new business and closing sales. Your role is multi-dimensional; you will support the partner with lead generation efforts, social marketing, presenting offers, follow up and outreach. Initial Job Duties: After fully trained, we would expect the Sales & Marketing Assistant to assume the following job duties:

  • Work on converting past clients and sphere of influence of Lead Partner (LP) into repeat clients 
  • Assist in maintaining and growing the LPs database.  
  • Assist LP with all lead generation efforts to grow his book of business 
  • Enter the LP efforts into tracking systems so metrics are tracked and rewarded 
  • Measure conversion rates and work to increase the success of the LP 
  • Manage database for accuracy and any updates as needed 
  • Work closely with the Listing and Closing Depts on any tasks that they need from the LP on his listings or accepted offers 
  • Help to manage his calendar and daily tasks 
  • Assist with social media efforts, notecards, other outreach, etc for business development purposes 
  • Schedule meetings, coffees, lunches with past and potential clients 
  • Any other Business Development duties assigned by the LP

Future Listing Support:

  • When an offer is received on one of the Lead Partner’s listings, this position would assist the LP with the paperwork needed from the time the offer was received until it gets accepted. Once the offer is accepted, then our Closing Dept takes over.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ambitious Team Player – our team thrives on transparency 
  • College Degree 
  • Real Estate License preferred. FRG will pay for real estate classes and licensing tests to obtain a real estate salesperson license within 180 days of hire date. Ongoing real estate licenses expenses such as continuing education are the responsibility of the employee. 
  • Technologically savvy

  • Photography/Videography skills would be a plus

Key Software Proficiency:

  • Google Suite of Services

Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 in base pay plus incentives

Benefits: Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, Holidays, Health Insurance, 401k

Hours: Full-time, 8:30-4:30, M-F, flexibility on weeknights and weekends required
