Position Details

Sales/Marketing Coordinator
Southeast Wisconsin
New Berlin, WI

Support business development efforts by organizing marketing projects for the Pieper Automation Business Unit. Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows. Gathers and analyzes data relevant to target segments to ascertain market size, growth patterns, potential, financial condition, etc. May analyze and assist in the preparation of proposals and job pre-qualifications. Maintain business unit Sales Force records and update as required.


Marketing – Business Development Support:

  • Research, maintain and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction. 
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. 
  • Assist in creating materials used for correspondence and presentation materials and reports. 
  • Support marketing day-to-day operations including advertisement campaigns and promotions on Linkedin, Facebook and our website. 
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, long-range plans; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. 
  • Supports staff by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, relaying customer services requests. 
  • Tracks sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data. 
  • Maintain licensing requirements and social media efforts 
  • Maintain Salesforce as required for the team 
  • Upload data from Pieper ERP to Salesforce. 
  • Enter opportunity data from Department teams.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. 
  • 1-2 years prior experience in a Marketing support role. 
  • Computer/technical skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT, Salesforce). 
  • Moderate computer and software skills for basic data entry 
  • Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines & customer service oriented.
  • Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
