Sales Presentation Designer

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Sales Presentation Designer to create visual presentations for internal and external needs. The Presentation Designer will be responsible for upholding brand standards while creating effective, dynamic and well-thought-out sales presentations. He/she must be able to understand marketing and partnership strategy as well as copy & design integration; organize information effectively; and convey data through digestible graphic elements such as charts, graphic, maps, tables, infographics and text. This position will include creating custom, from-scratch presentations, one-sheeters and decks as well as building easy-to-use templates for various departments.

This position requires extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, especially InDesign, as well as other presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and Prezi. Multimedia skills are a plus. The Sales Presentation Designer is a great collaborator, deadline-driven, organized and understands how people view, comprehend and breakdown content.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally collaborates with Corporate Partnerships, internal departments, creative team and design manager to understand project scope, audience and intended message of presentation.
• Ability to design and create original visual media and presentations that communicates the desired message to potential corporate partners while also being engaging and on brand.
• Work with existing creative and deliver supporting designs, as well as execute original designs based on supporting strategy and brand guidelines.
• Able to conceptualize complex content into simple, digestible visuals and excels in information display by creating innovative graphics/presentations.
• Understands storytelling principles and has the ability to build visual narratives through compelling layouts, text hierarchy, and graphical elements – motion/animation and other multimedia skills a plus.
• Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
• Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision while also revising projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback.
• Ability to create original, custom, from-scratch presentation designs while also building and providing custom easy-to-use presentation templates for internal departments to use on their own.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications from a four-year college or university. Focus on presentation design preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a presentation designer in an agency or corporate setting.
• Advanced layout and typography knowledge.
• Possesses expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite on MAC platform - specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom. AfterEffects (or other motion/animation) skills a plus.
• Possesses expert skills in presentation software/programs, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and Prezi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – copywriting experience a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
