Cherry Optical Lab is an Independent wholesale laboratory with a team of 300+ employees, 24-hour production Monday through Friday and an on-site anti-reflective coating facility.

As an Independently-owned optical laboratory, we give eye care professionals the autonomy to choose the lens brands, materials, styles and coatings that best fit the individual needs of patients. Through our proximity to and part-ownership of a local lens distribution warehouse, Cherry maintains the largest and most diverse lens inventory in the world.

We are looking to fill a full-time position within our Sales Support & Marketing team. This role is a critical link between our sales team and Cherry Optical Lab operations. If you take pride in supporting both people and processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

What you will do:

  • Liaise with Marketing, Customer Service, Special Teams, and Public Relations to ensure consistent messaging and discovery efforts for communications and promotions across all Customer Experience teams.
  • Collaborate with Public Relations and Marketing teams to plan and execute major events including expos and continuing education events, as well as creating and distributing the tangibles for exhibits.
  • Manage troubleshooting, requests, and daily communications with COL Sales Team.
  • Assist with the development of training and resources for the Sales Team based on trends and needs.
  • Serve as a platform champion for Salesforce and other sales tools, in collaboration with Special Teams.
  • Aid Special Teams team members to create and manage special brand promotions.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners.

We look for Happy Humans who have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous sales support experience
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to operate computers and technology, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
