As an SEM specialist at Direct Supply, you will manage our search engine marketing activities and lead our SEM campaigns, such as those on Google, Bing, etc. You will also be responsible for effectively managing the SEM budget while working with our SEO and marketing teams to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement. What You’ll Do and Impact:

  • Develop a comprehensive, multichannel SEM strategy to maximize ROI while increasing traffic and customer retention and engagement
  • Partner with the segment marketing team to execute, monitor and adjust our SEM strategy 
  • Continuously optimize existing SEM campaigns to increase ROI and conversions 
  • Prepare SEM reports for marketing leadership and present results as needed 
  • Assist with other digital advertising and marketing efforts as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years of SEM experience, particularly B2B eCommerce experience 
  • Deep understanding of SEM trends, advertising platforms and channels, including Google and Microsoft Ads, among others 
  • Experience with and working knowledge of Google Analytics, data visualization tools (such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.) and Google Tag Manager 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices 
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools such as SEMRush, SpyFu, Google Keyword Planner, etc.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Experience with WordPress 
  • Experience with social media advertising
