As a Seasonal Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for growing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing social media strategies to boost brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive traffic to our website. You will work within the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and schedule creative, on-brand content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and fans in a timely and positive manner across all social media platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist with the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance, analyze results, and provide insights on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and communications align with the company’s voice, brand guidelines, and overall marketing goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media efforts and broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, either professionally or personally, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
  • Experience with video production and editing, including short-form content creation for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Highly creative and self-motivated with a passion for social media and digital marketing.

This is a full-time, seasonal role running from June through December 2025, with standard weekly hours and potential flexibility around campaign needs. The expected pay range is between $17-20/hr.
