How You'll Contribute to Our Success:

As the Segment & Marketing Manager for Procelys, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and market expansion for our innovative yeast-based solutions. Leveraging your expertise in market analysis and go-to-market strategy, you will define the roadmap to reach key industry segments and support our regional teams in executing successful operational marketing and sales initiatives. Reporting directly to the Procelys Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across the organization. Your ability to translate market insights into impactful marketing strategies will be instrumental in strengthening Procelys' position as a trusted partner to our customers worldwide. What You’ll do as a Segment and Regional Marketing Manager:

Develops Market Knowledge and Application Understanding:

    • Serve as the global expert on strategic segments, conducting in-depth market analysis and competitor monitoring
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide a comprehensive market perspective
    • Define targeted marketing plans for your segments

    Provides Guidance to Sales, Innovation & Communication Teams:

    • Lead multi-year marketing roadmaps to drive growth initiatives
    • Work with R&D to identify and validate new product opportunities
    • Prepare successful product launches in coordination with supporting functions

    Support the Sales Team & Distributors:

      • Analyze commercial performance and define pricing/portfolio strategies
      • Develop regional marketing plans and provide sales enablement support
      • Attend industry events and customer meetings as needed

      Take Ownership for Regional Marketing Operations:

        • Partner with digital and communications teams on targeted campaigns
        • Manage regional budgets and identify optimal conference participation

        Required Qualifications:  

        •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
        •  3 or more years of Sales, Product Management or Market Management
        •  3 or more years of experience in Biotech, Pharma or Life Science Markets
        •  Ability to travel up to 40%
