The Senior Account Director is responsible for retention and growth of the existing client base, as well as the growth of new accounts to meet revenue goals. This important role involves superior client relationship management, including presenting and proposal writing, leading meetings and pitches, collaborating with internal creative teams, and managing budgets, billing, and contracts. The Senior Account Director reports to top management. You will direct and deliver projects with the President, project managers, and the creative team. You will also collaborate with the creative team in promoting the firm.
