The Senior Account Director is responsible for retention and growth of the existing client base, as well as the growth of new accounts to meet revenue goals. This important role involves superior client relationship management, including presenting and proposal writing, leading meetings and pitches, collaborating with internal creative teams, and managing budgets, billing, and contracts. The Senior Account Director reports to top management. You will direct and deliver projects with the President, project managers, and the creative team. You will also collaborate with the creative team in promoting the firm.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of account management on the agency side (a must). 
  • Work history with Fortune 500 companies in the B2B healthcare industry a big plus. 
  • Persuasive and motivated to upsell scope of work and close deals. 
  • Must be outgoing and diplomatic, and able to work well with many personalities. 
  • Familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Understands a digital-first world. 
  • Strategic and tactical thinker. Confident with the client C-suite. 
  • Enjoys small agency environment. 
  • Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Bachelor’s degree.
