Senior Account Executive
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee (Hybrid), WI

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive at our Milwaukee Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals by developing professional long-term relationships, discovering the needs of new and existing clients, and delivering innovative products with the highest level of quality, service, and integrity to exceed those needs. This candidate MUST have brand, media, digital marketing, or website sales experience.

Role + Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sale and servicing of advertising accounts across multiple platforms including digital/web development and digital marketing 
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts 
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business 
  • Leading project management activity 
  • Partner with the account team to prepare for and execute the client project kickoff meeting 
  • Dealing with all aspects of a campaign 
  • Ensure the appropriate resources are in place and that the work is conducted in a timely fashion by the account team, within the approved scope and budget 
  • Achieving sales targets 
  • Delivering sales presentations 
  • Attending client meetings 
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients 
  • Accountable for tracking and reporting budgets throughout the lifecycle of each project
  • Completing administrative work, as required 
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages 
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably at an advertising agency or media. 
  • Possess a strong desire to succeed with a proven track record of sales success. 
  • Experience in Account Management and knowledge of Marketing Principles. 
  • Experience selling technology and digital marketing solutions 
  • Ability to write reports and develop proposals. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 


  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing 
  • Demonstrated sales success 
  • Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • CRM experience is preferred
