Has successfully lead integrated, cross-functional agency teams to deliver idea-driven work that builds Client’s brands and business.
Has a proven track record functioning as the primary day-to-day account lead across more than one Client. (Note: this includes experience successfully managing complex project plans, project budgets and resourcing, etc)
Brand Strategy - Has led, or been a significant contributor to, brand positioning work
Creative - Champions great creative work and can give examples leading idea-driven creative campaigns
Activation Planning - Can demonstrate successfully taking a creative idea and activating it in market
Production - Experience across several channels: video, social, digital, radio, OOH, web etc
Direct Reports - Success managing and developing direct reports at the Account Executive and/or Assistant Account Executive level
