Senior Account Manager

We seek a solution-driven, Senior Account Manager that thrives in a creative environment and is not afraid to take digitally-led work to the next level. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the quality and success of their TV, Experiential and digital initiatives.. The ideal candidate is strategic with the ability to look at the big picture and can visualize each step needed to get there. This role will effectively partner with the VP, Account Director and other senior team members to ensure the internal team and client’s overall success.

This position will be a hybrid/remote role. The ideal candidate will be located in Chicago, Southwest Michigan or the broader midwest area with the expectation of being on-site to collaborate with the team or meet with clients 2-3 times per month.

  • Partner with client to plan and deliver on TV, Digital and experiential advertising projects 
  • Provide a level of client service that exceeds expectations 
  • Manage client’s expectations thoughtfully 
  • Effectively communicate with both the client and internal project teams 
  • Ensure quality in all client deliverables 
  • Anticipate future client needs and project risks 
  • Present cost estimates, digital strategies, creative, and digital experiences to client teams including director level roles


  • 5-7 years of agency experience in Account Management 
  • Experience with television, experiential, and/or digital campaigns 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Solution-driven mindset and strong follow-through 
  • Demonstrated background in drawing actionable insights from data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Appetite for good creative work and the ability to push work to the next level 
  • Someone who is hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves. 
  • Superior organizational and management of timelines across multiple projects 
  • Must have attention to detail, follow-through skills, and be solution driven. 
  • Ability to look at the big picture and understand the steps that roll up to that. 
  • Ability to talk to clients and have presentation skills. 
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills 
  • Possess a passion for client service excellence, interest in process optimizations, and continuous improvement
