Position Details

Senior Advertising & Brand Specialist – REMOTE (Job ID: 37503)
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee or Remote, WI

The Senior Advertising & Brand Specialist, leads the planning, execution and measurement of advertising campaigns by trafficking ads, collecting data, building reports and strengthening relationships with advertising vendors. In addition, with minimal supervision, they will work directly with advertising vendors to traffic ads and monitor campaign performance.

  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to define advertising goals, key performance indicators and optimal allocation of advertising budgets. 
  • Establish workflows and create tools for tracking and forecasting advertising expenditures within allocated budgets and provide insight into year-to-date and overall advertising investments. 
  • Coordinate the development of advertising assets, including ideation and copywriting for digital, print and outdoor ads. 
  • Develop and maintain reporting initiatives for advertising campaigns, including building data tables, visualizations and dashboards that track key performance indicators, conversion metrics and related website analytics. 
  • Establish workflows and create tools to document, review and follow up on advertising and reporting requests from marketing colleagues. 
  • Collaborate with Advertising & Brand Manager to develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns, including brand measurement, brand messaging and brand voice.


  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • At least five years of professional work experience in marketing or advertising. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools required. 
  • Experience with Google Ads and social media platforms for advertising purposes required. 
  • Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to Milwaukee, WI to come on site as needed.
