Job Purpose:

Execute the development and production of effective marketing communications materials for customers and distribution channels through concept, design, and production. You will bring your creative passion and original ideas to projects such as brochures, web pages, direct mail, advertising, product labels, trade shows, social media and more to solve brand communication challenges. You’ll need a strong work ethic for maintaining workflow within a small team to meet deadlines and ensure adherence to Graco brand standards.

Essential Duties:

  • Drives concepts and strategies through the entire creative and development process for division 
  • Develops communication materials across multiple media including print and interactive brochures, advertisements, direct mail, displays, website, branding labels, catalogs, flyers, packaging, and more. 
  • Gathers data from stakeholders to better understand products, distributor and end user customers and the markets we serve to create effective touch points for increasing sales 
  • Oversees and prepares artwork for release to production and manages workflow from job conception to project completion 
  • Gives work direction to outside vendors while reviewing and approving all proofs. 
  • Acts as liaison to international and internal clients when images or graphics are requested. 
  • Keeps up on best practices and emerging trends in creative design and digital marketing 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in graphic design, commercial art, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 7 years B2B and B2C communications experience 
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Product photography experience 
  • Proven skill in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. 
  • Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet objectives and deadlines 
  • UI/UX experience preferred

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple brands 
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. 
  • Knowledge of Keyshot or Cinema 4D 
  • Knowledge of Apple Final Cut Pro 
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
