KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Write and edit a variety of communications, including employee emails, articles, meeting presentations, and key messages. 
  • Own and execute HR annual process communications plans. 
  • Support planning for large group internal business meetings with senior executives. 
  • Collaborate with business partners to craft clear key messaging for employees on complex topics. 
  • Use data to make recommendations on how to improve communications in the future. 
  • Become a super user of our technology tools to create visually engaging email campaigns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (prefer English, Communications, PR, Journalism) 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working in corporate communications or PR agency 
  • Experience with internal and/or external communications 
  • Self-starter and problem solver 
  • Excellent writing skills 
  • Executive presence and experience counseling business partners to achieve strong communications outcomes 
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging 
  • Ability to consistently deliver on tight deadlines while prioritizing several projects at once and maintaining strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to successfully navigate a matrixed organization across functions, levels and geographies 
  • Comfortable with learning and mastering software & tech tools used to support internal communications 
  • Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Meeting or event planning experience 
  • Video project management experience 
  • Social media experience 
  • Knowledge of AP Style
