Senior Brand Manager - Not Company

As a Senior Brand Manager you will be responsible for leading the strategic entry of the Kraft Heinz Not Company into restaurants - stadiums - amusement parks - etc. The Sr Brand Manager will set the vision for the brand to proliferate - creating moments of trial and experience that bring long-term consumers into the portfolio. You will identify launch partners and create and execute consumer-targeted marketing plans aimed at building the brand for long-term potential. Incumbent will establish a B2B sales and marketing strategy that positions the brand for sustainable volume growth.

In addition to the KHC-NotCo launch - you’ll be responsible for managing the Meat - Meals - and Cheese categories in the Away-From-Home domain-leveraging brands like OSCAR MAYER and KRAFT MACARONI & CHEESE to set the brand apart from competition. Additionally you will support renovation and expansion via footprint expansion and strategic customer alignment.

The Kraft Heinz Away From Home Brand Marketing Team sets the strategic vision for the largest driver of growth at Kraft Heinz globally. As a brand leader you will mentor two individuals who are responsible for ancillary Away From Home Categories. You will also have dotted-line connectivity to leadership of the joint venture.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a startup culture. They will move and adapt quickly- comfortable with ambiguity- insights-driven but comfortable taking risks- and learn relentlessly.

Key Components of the Role

Innovation & Strategy

  • Develop an Away From Home launch strategy for the Kraft Heinz Not Company 
  • Lead commercialization of all Kraft Heinz Not Company foodservice innovation 
  • Establish five year growth plans for KHC x NotCo and OSCAR MAYER that position the brands for purposeful growth 
  • Utilize business analytics to tell stories and drive business objectives

Marketing Communications

  • Develop and execute B2C communication plans that deliver against away-from-home goals 
  • Own B2B marketing strategy and execution 
  • Engage with agencies and media vertical partners


  • Mentor two individuals on ancillary categories 
  • Drive discussions during management presentations with platform GM - and business unit President 
  • Partner extensively with the JV to drive channel-agnostic brand building - and with Customer Marketing to establish operator execution- taking on a leadership role in both directions
  • 5+ years experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company or experience supporting on the agency side (advertising- consulting- media) 
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing- Business- or related field 
  • Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment- strategy and tactical plan development 
  • Experience in cross-functional team management 
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver in agreed upon timelines 
  • Experience with marketing campaign development
