Position Details

Senior Brand Manager
Twin Cities Metro
Shoreview, MN

The Senior Brand Manager will ensure brand consistency across channels, help manage brand migrations, develop corporate templates and guidelines. They will also serve as a brand ambassador and a senior project lead on important enterprise initiatives impacting the brand experience. This position is critical in the roll out and launch of our new Deluxe branding.


  • Lead and Manage the enterprise brand strategy for Deluxe. 
  • Manage national media campaigns including brand launch and ongoing awareness campaigns including placement, specs, vendor management, budget and measurement 
  • Manage process and execution of annual brand study including report out to executive team 
  • Act as the brand Ambassador to existing partners and new partners as they are created 
  • Manage all brand assets including templates, photos, library, storage, access by employees, handling questions by internal employees. 
  • Ongoing communication and management of brand updates/changes. 
  • Manages external agencies including project management, budget and timelines 
  • Lead the development of a brand ambassador program and network program at Deluxe 
  • Position may include other duties as determined by the company.


  • Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in marketing, public relations, business, or mass communications


  • 7+ of experience leading brand strategy
