Your Role:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will manage the marketing responsibility and work in a collaborative environment to drive consumer demand for tableware categories, launch innovations, and analyze performance data and consumer insights to drive strong business results for the brand.   • Develop and execute annual US marketing plans including market share projections, budgets, advertising and promotions.
  • Analyze key business trends and provide input on gaps and opportunities; present business updates to management and agency partners.
  • Evaluate and manage promotional and advertising spending.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis and concept/product testing to determine and communicate business potential.
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve business results with Customer Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, Consumer Promotions, Supply Chain, and Category Management.
  • Responsible for creating customized sales presentations, executing customer marketing plans and tracking product performance.
  • Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors in making recommendations for base and stretch revenue goals, business and brand objectives including volume, profit, and market share by distribution channel.
  • Develop and manage multi-faceted projects including operational, financial, sales and marketing components from concept to completion with a high level of attention to detail and within a tight timeframe.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 7+ years of related professional and progressive Brand Marketing experience in the CPG industry.
  • Experience with research and new product development.
  • Solid business acumen with proven experience in the P&L and budgeting process.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures used in the consumer products industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.
  • Must be team-oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
