As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager on the Residential Marketing Team at Generac, you will play a pivotal role in building the equity of the Generac brand among homeowner and driving demand for homes standby generators. You will be responsible for leading integrated brand marketing strategies that connect with consumers through compelling storytelling, impactful campaigns, and thoughtful brand management. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives, bringing to life a consistent, consumer-centric brand experience across channels and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Brand Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand marketing strategies for Home Standby. Align messaging, content, and creative across campaigns and channels.
  • Orchestrate integrated campaign execution across internal teams and agency partners, ensuring consistent and effective brand storytelling.
  • Own the Home Standby Integrated Marketing Calendar to drive visibility, coordination, and consistent execution across touchpoints.
  • Develop and lead brand content strategy in partnership, ensuring relevance and impact across the consumer journey.
  • Test, learn, and scale new methods of reaching and engaging consumers, including partnerships and sponsorships.

Consumer Insights & Brand Strategy

  • Partner with the Insights & Analytics team to build learning plans and cultivate consumer insights.
  • Translate insights into actionable, consumer-centric brand strategies and messaging.
  • Monitor cultural, category, and competitor trends to inform brand positioning and integrated marketing plans.

Brand Management

  • Act as a brand steward, maintaining brand consistency, tone, and identity across all marketing activities.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and KPIs, including planning, forecasting, and optimization against brand goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5-10 years' work experience with proven capabilities in brand marketing, including experience with paid media
  • 2 years of management level experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Business Administration

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles, industry trends, and best practices
