Required Skills and Competencies:
7 – 10 years of experience in an agency-side strategy department or brand strategy shop
Have experience managing small teams Will bring a tool box of methodologies that you can flexibly adapt to complement (and fine-tune) our current approach
Are exceptional at finding, conducting, interpreting, and distilling research into simple and compelling insights that fuel great stories and superb presentations
Are boundlessly curious, and push yourself continually to ask better questions that will reveal the unexpected nuggets that lead to big results
Can explain creative ideas in terms of business problems to anyone from a CEO to a junior copywriter with unwavering clarity
Have a solid understanding of business metrics, and how customers' brand experiences drive them
Possess confidence and a POV, tempered with humility and a collaborative spirit
Know the relevant software well: Excel, Presentation (PowerPoint / Keynote), Word, Google Drive, Syndicated research (MRI / Simmons), Social Listening
