POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION:
Advise and collaborate on the development of stakeholder
communication strategies. Develop communications related to programs, business
initiatives and other work product. Ensure information is disseminated in a way
that drives employee engagement and reinforces Charter company reputation,
values, and culture. Support communication efforts to translate Charter
business strategy in a manner that improves brand image, employment brand, and
provides internal and external audiences with a line of sight to Charter’s
strong embedded culture, valued behaviors, and success formula.
