Strategically plans, creates, coordinates, and measures internal communications for projects and initiatives within the Global Services organization, with a focus on educating, informing and engaging employees and various stakeholders. Counsels partners on communications strategies and programs to meet communication objectives.

Major Duties:

  • Manage and support the planning, development and implementation of internal communication programs that project the desired image for the Global Services organization as a whole and the various teams within Global Services; align with Corporate and Business Unit priorities and messaging. 
  • Work with subject matter experts across Global Services and the business stakeholders to understand business strategies and define strategic communications plans in support of business goals and priorities. 
  • Align and collaborate with Corporate, IT and Business Unit internal communications, as well as the Enterprise Change Management team on broader strategic initiatives, core messaging, and best practices. 
  • Implement a strategic communications approach with a focus on the ‘bigger picture’, developing a narrative to connect the dots across all initiatives. 
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and track metrics to measure communications goals and tools. 
  • Ensure consistency of messages and brand throughout all Global Services communications.
  • Manage and/or support the production of town hall meetings, PowerPoint presentations, communications/event calendar, intranet/SharePoint design and postings, broadcast messages and other communications methods/vehicles. 
  • Provide support for various corporate and/or IT communications initiatives as required.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Expertise in the development and implementation of internal communications strategies and plans. 
  • Has proven writing, editing and proofing capabilities. 
  • Highly proficient consultative skills, including ability to assess and recommend appropriate communications approach/methods, content and vehicles. 
  • Requires strong analytical ability, strong judgment and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with management and staff of all levels. 
  • Ability to juggle multiple, high priority projects simultaneously and rebalance priorities as needed 
  • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of collaborative technology tools to engage employees in a variety of ways. 
  • Knowledge of basic change management principles and the role of communications in driving change. 
  • 10 or more years of experience
