The team works to provide meaningful, relevant, and accurate information in clear and understandable terms targeted to specific audiences. The team works to improve integrity, trust, respect, and understanding about SWIB with its audiences; protect SWIB’s brand and credibility; provide managers with the support and tools needed to ensure organizational success; and collaborate across the organization to support SWIB’s achievement and goals.
The Senior Communications Specialist assists the communications manager by leading the internal communication planning and execution with the leadership team and employees at SWIB. The role also encompasses the development and maintenance of a consistent communication structure that ensures that internal stakeholders stay informed about all relevant aspects of the business and organization. In addition, this position will support external communication initiatives and activities.
